In-Home Sales Consultant - Southwest Florida (Fort Myers/Naples)

Overview of PositionResponsible for educating homeowners on water quality issues and providing customized water treatment solutions. This role involves in-home consultations, water testing, product demonstrations, and closing sales for systems such as whole-house reverse osmosis, water softeners, and filtration equipment. We're looking for an energetic, motivated professional who enjoys connecting with people, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions that improve their quality of life.

• Conducting In-Home Sales Consultations: Meet with homeowners to assess water quality concerns, perform demonstrations, educate customers on available solutions, and identify opportunities to improve their water quality.
• Presenting & Selling Solutions: Confidently present water treatment systems, explain product benefits and value, and recommend customized solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
• Closing Sales: Guide customers through the purchasing decision, overcome objections, and successfully close sales during in-home appointments.
• Company-Provided Leads: Meet with qualified homeowners through company-generated appointments, allowing you to focus on building relationships and closing sales.
• Building Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with customers, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a consultative approach.
• Achieving Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Managing Follow-Up Activities: Maintain timely communication with prospective customers, complete necessary paperwork, and ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through installation.
  
  

Preferred Skills, Experience and Education

• In-home or outside sales experience: Previous sales experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train a highly motivated individual with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present information and build rapport with customers.
• Results Driven: Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
• Availability: Open to working evenings and some weekends based on the availability of our customers.
