Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our retail expansion efforts across Vermont. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships, and wants to play a key role in growing a consumer brand from the ground up.
You will be responsible for opening new accounts, maintaining and growing existing relationships, and executing weekly brand activations to drive awareness and sales.

We are a fast-growing local brand looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to expand our retail presence across Vermont.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and secure new retail accounts (convenience stores, markets, gyms, cafes, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Ensure proper product placement, merchandising, and restocking
- Execute at least one sampling or promotional event per week
- Act as the face of the brand in your territory
- Track sales activity and provide regular reporting and feedback
- Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and market expansion
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Willingness to travel throughout Vermont regularly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently
- Organized and comfortable managing a sales pipeline
- Passion for health, wellness, or consumer brands is a plus
- Prior sales or beverage industry experience preferred but not required
