Role Expectations
- Lead business development across the state of Georgia
- Build and manage retail, distributor, school, and community partnerships.
- Activate H2ALL’s impact through retail activations, schools, athletic programs, restaurants, and events.
- Represent H2ALL at regional activations and trade shows.
- Report weekly progress and quarterly targets to the CRO.
Performance Metrics
- Quarterly sales targets achieved (cases sold / revenue generated).
- Number of new retail and distributor accounts secured.
- Growth of H2ALL user profiles and QR code scans in Georgia.
- Expansion of H2ALL’s brand presence through partnerships and activations.
