About the Role
We’re seeking a dynamic Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our revenue organization during a pivotal period of growth. This leader will own the sales strategy, build a high-performing team, and drive predictable ARR expansion. The ideal candidate brings deep SaaS experience, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of scaling revenue in fast-moving environments.
What You’ll Do
- Build, lead, and mentor a world-class sales team focused on hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
- Define and execute the company’s sales strategy across new business, mid-market/enterprise segments, and channel partnerships.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine ICP, messaging, and GTM motions.
- Develop a data-driven sales organization with clear KPIs, pipeline metrics, and operational rigor.
- Implement and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) for predictable forecasting and velocity.
- Expand market share through high-impact outbound initiatives, strategic partnerships, and enterprise deal development.
- Represent the sales organization at the executive level, contributing to strategic planning and company-wide decision-making.
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales; 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success scaling ARR from mid-stage to growth-stage environments (e.g., $10M → $50M ).
- Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies, sales ops, and revenue process design.
- Proven ability to build, coach, and retain elite sales teams.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
