What You’ll Be Doing
- Applying fertilizer and weed control treatments to residential and commercial properties
- Mixing and handling products safely and accurately
- Monitoring lawn health and identifying issues
- Communicating with customers on-site when needed
- Keeping accurate application records
- Operating ride-on or push spreaders and spray equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized truck and equipment
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable and shows up on time — no exceptions
- Strong attention to detail (this role requires accuracy)
- Ability to work independently and stay on schedule
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
- Good communication and professionalism with customers
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Experience in lawn care or fertilization is a plus, but we will train the right person
Bonus If You Have
- Montana pesticide applicator license (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with fertilizer programs and weed control
- Ability to identify common turf issues
