Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) | Full-Time | Outpatient | Borger, Texas
$1500 Sign On Bonus!
At H2 Health, we believe great care begins with great clinicians. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in our outpatient clinic, you will provide meaningful, play-based therapy while supporting children and families in a collaborative, team-driven environment.
Our clinicians primarily serve children with autism spectrum disorder, speech and language delays, developmental delays, social communication challenges, articulation disorders, phonological disorders, and feeding or oral-motor difficulties. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to help children develop communication skills and functional language abilities.
Your Role:
Implement individualized treatment plans established by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
Provide hands-on therapy focused on articulation, expressive and receptive language, social communication, and feeding goals
Use play-based and structured interventions to promote engagement and progress
Document treatment sessions accurately in Raintree EMR
Communicate effectively with supervising SLP regarding patient progress and plan adjustments
Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover and consistency
Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program (per state requirements)
Active state SLPA license or eligibility for licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for working with children with developmental and communication needs
