What You'll Do:
As a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) at H2 Health, you will play a key role in enhancing the lives of pediatric patients by:
- Assisting in the implementation of individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, and daily living activities
- Delivering engaging, play-based therapy interventions under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Collaborating with families and caregivers to promote patient progress
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and patient progress
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for young patients
What You'll Need:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- License: An active or eligible state license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA)
- Experience: New grads are welcome! Pediatric experience is a plus, but we value passion and a commitment to patient care
