Key responsibilities include maintaining one month of schedules in Raintree, adjusting schedules due to patient or staff changes, filling open times, calling families between 7-9am for last-minute openings, assisting with administrative tasks, and keeping waitlist and authorization information up to date. The Scheduler also helps new families navigate appropriate resources and works with marketing to keep wait time information current.

- Experience
- Customer service experience preferred

- Ability to maintain accurate schedules and fill openings proactively
- Strong communication with families, staff, and administrative teams
- Ability to follow safety, confidentiality, HIPAA, and patient-rights guidelines
- Comfortable with administrative tasks, documentation, and workflow coordination
