Valir Outpatient Clinic, a proud partner of H2 Health, is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Patient Coordinator who is passionate about helping people and has strong experience with health insurance and patient billing.
What You’ll Do:
As a key part of our front office team, you will:

Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude

Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage clearly to patients

Collect and post payments, provide billing information, and help patients navigate their statements

Schedule appointments and maintain organized patient records

Work closely with therapists and clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Support front desk operations, phone calls, and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience working with health insurance plans and verifying benefits is required

Strong communication skills and a natural ability to put people at ease

A passion for helping others understand their healthcare and billing

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a medical office, therapy clinic, or healthcare setting is a plus
- Familiarity with EMR systems is helpful
