Your Role:
As an Occupational Therapist in our outpatient clinic, you will:
- Evaluate and treat a mixed caseload of pediatric and adult patients
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and functional performance
- Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and progress strategies
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTs and SLPs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current or eligible Virginia OT license
- Passion for working with both pediatric and adult populations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outpatient experience preferred, but new grads welcome to apply
