Responsibilities
- Control access to the facility, verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including buildings, parking areas, and perimeter fences, to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to emergencies.
- Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
Requirements.
- Some understanding of security regulations, emergency response procedures, and compliance.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage conflicts effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties and respond swiftly during emergencies.
- Able to work night shifts and weekends.
