Job Description:
H Window Company is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Purchasing Agent to help strengthen and improve our purchasing and supply chain processes.
We’re looking for someone who isn’t afraid to create structure, build efficiencies, and take ownership. This role will develop strong vendor relationships, improve purchasing and inventory practices, and find the right balance between product quality, availability, and healthy margins.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, productive relationships with key suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and purchasing agreements
- Improve purchasing, inventory, and material planning processes
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins
- Work with vendors and our internal teams to improve product quality
- Develop better systems, processes, and accountability around purchasing
- Help identify new suppliers, materials, and sourcing opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable working with numbers
- Someone who sees inefficiencies and takes initiative to fix them
- Comfortable working in a growing manufacturing environment where you can make a real impact
