What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laundromat Attendant position at H Wash And Dry?
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist customers with washers, dryers, payment systems, and general questions.
- Process Wash & Fold (WDF) orders by sorting, washing, drying, folding, and packaging customer laundry according to company standards.
- Prepare completed orders for customer pickup or delivery.
- Receive and organize dry cleaning drop-off and pickup orders.
- Keep the laundromat clean at all times, including:
- Folding tables
- Floors
- Restrooms
- Machines
- Waiting area
- Clean lint traps and help maintain laundry equipment.
- Monitor washers and dryers for any issues and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Help open or close the store depending on the assigned shift.
- Follow all company safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred but not required.
We are currently hiring for Morning Shift 6AM-2PM!!!
Pay: $12.00 per hour
