Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tractor Operator to join our farming operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating tractors, combines, and sprayers. Must be able to work Greenstar GPS. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical systems and safety protocols to ensure efficient and high-quality work across multiple projects.
Duties
- Operate tractors and other heavy machinery such as excavators and bulldozers.
- Assist in maintaining equipment.
- Assist with irrigation.
- Follow safety guidelines and operational procedures at all times to prevent accidents or damage.
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge of tractors, excavators, power tools, and hand tools.
- Ability to operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently in various outdoor environments.
- Strong understanding of land development processes such as grading, excavation, and site preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety standards.
- Physical ability to operate equipment for extended periods and perform manual tasks requiring strength and stamina. This position offers an opportunity to work outdoors across diverse projects.
