Entry-Level Marketing Associate
Pay: $54,490.79 - $85,623.32 per year
H-Town Growth, Inc. is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Associate. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and promotional campaigns within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will work directly with customers in retail environments to represent client brands, support marketing campaigns, create positive customer experiences, and increase brand awareness. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the fundamentals of direct marketing while developing valuable communication, promotional, and professional skills.
This is a fully onsite position. We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands through face-to-face marketing campaigns in retail locations
- Engage with customers to introduce and educate them about featured products, services, and promotions
- Create positive customer experiences through professional and enthusiastic communication
- Support promotional campaigns, retail activations, and brand awareness initiatives
- Help increase brand visibility and customer engagement within retail environments
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable interacting with customers in face-to-face environments
- Interest in marketing, branding, advertising, promotions, or customer engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is a plus
