What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse(RN) Supervisor-Part Time position at H & T Medicals, INC?
We are seeking a compassionate, detailed-oriented Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home care team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and clinical oversight for our clients.
You will be responsible for conducting initial client assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and performing periodic home supervisory visits for our field caregivers/aides to ensure excellence in patient support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Home Assessments & Care Planning: Conduct initial in home clinical assessments, re-evaluations, and develop comprehensive client care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Caregiver Supervision: Perform routine in-home supervisory visits of Home Health Aides and Homemakers to monitor skill, compliance and client satisfaction.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all clinical documentation meets state licensing requirements, agency standards, and Medicaid/payer regulations.
- Team Guidance: Support, coach, and evaluate field caregivers, ensuring adherence to infection control, safety guidelines, and client rights.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as a clinical point of contact of contact for clients, families, and caregivers to address concerns or changes in condition.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with the agency's administrative and scheduling team to maintain seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education & License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse(RN) license in the state of Rhode Island.
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience (Home Care, Home Health, or Community Nursing experience preferred).
- Supervisory Experience: Prior experience supervising non-skilled or direct care staff is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with Electronic Visit Verification systems.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
Schedule:
- Mon-Friday(Day Shift)
- Occasional weekend or on call availability if needed.
Pay: $39.00 - $47.00 per hour
