Reporting into the Digital Media Team Lead, you’ll take full ownership of large-scale paid media campaigns across display, native, and demand generation platforms. You’ll work with six-figure monthly budgets, using data, experimentation, and audience insight to continuously push performance forward.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Drive global lead generation through end-to-end campaign ownership across platforms like Google Display, Yahoo!, Microsoft, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, and Outbrain
- Build and refine advanced audience strategies (segmentation, retargeting, lookalikes, geo-targeting)
- Analyze campaign performance deeply, identify trends, extract insights, and optimize for ROAS
- Partner with strategy, planning, and in-house creative teams to develop high-impact messaging and testing frameworks
- Lead A/B testing across creatives, audiences, formats, and placements to unlock incremental gains
- Collaborate with platform partners to stay ahead of best practices and new opportunities
- Own both the strategy and day-to-day execution, from planning through optimization
📊 What You Bring
- 3 years of hands-on experience in paid digital media (buyer, planner, analyst, or account manager)
- Proven track record managing full-funnel campaigns and six-figure monthly budgets
- Strong expertise across platforms: Google, Microsoft, Yahoo!, Baidu, Taboola, Dianomi, Outbrain
- Additional exposure to LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, TikTok is highly valuable
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of native and display buying (front-end back-end optimization)
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Clear communicator with experience working cross-functionally
