OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead our production team and drive operational excellence within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement. They will be responsible for overseeing the production process to ensure that output meets quality expectations as well as customer demands; manage operations and maintenance staff while conducting operational workflow and identifying areas of process improvement.
