Mechanic

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanic to join our dynamic industrial maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment within a manufacturing facility. Your expertise will ensure optimal operational efficiency, safety, and reliability of machinery and systems. Duties

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on light and heavy equipment, trucks, and electrical.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues
• Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs on machinery utilizing electrical blueprint reading and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Operate and maintain specialized tools, such as welders
• Provide field service support for equipment repairs at various job sites as needed while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• A work truck with tools will be provided.
• Travel will be required occasionally for out of town work.

Experience

• Proven experience with a strong background in mechanical maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with industrial electrician tasks including electrical
• Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices including welding (stick welding), equipment repair, and preventive strategies.
• Strong analysis skills combined with excellent customer service orientation to support field service operations.
• Must have 2 years of experience
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• OSHA knowledge a plus

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
