We're a growing HVAC company looking for a motivated, dependable Install Lead/Service Technician to join our team. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real room to grow. What You'll Do
- Install residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Lead installation jobs from start to finish with professionalism and attention to detail
- Perform service calls and troubleshoot HVAC systems as needed
- Travel to job sites within our 60-mile service radius
- Participate in an on-call rotation outside of regular business hours
What We're Looking For
- A reliable, hardworking individual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility over time
- Clean driving record — valid driver's license required
- EPA Universal certification and/or HVAC or refrigeration certifications are a plus but not required. We value the right attitude and work ethic above all
- Prior HVAC installation or service experience preferred
- Must be comfortable commuting within our 60-mile service radius
