The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, and organizational development. This role partners with executive leadership in leading the organization through a continued transition from long‑time family ownership to private‑equity-backed discipline.
The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, as well as experience with team development/training and organizational planning. Equally important, this individual must be able to execute meaningful change with finesse—strengthening policies, procedures, compliance, and accountability while preserving the company’s valuable culture and long‑tenured talent.

Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field

- Track record of successfully leading organizations through large‑scale change or transformation.
- Strong strategic planning, analytical, and decision‑making capabilities.
Preferred
- SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
