What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Commercial Painter position at H&S Building Solutions, LLC.?
We are looking for skilled painters who take pride in their work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Commercial & industrial painting projects
- Spraying, rolling, and cutting clean, sharp lines
- Prep work like patching, sanding, caulking, staining & pressure washing
- Working on various substrates
- Traveling to different job sites
- Being coachable and open to learning new skills
What You Need:
- 5 years of commercial painting experience
- Strong spraying & prep skills
- Comfortable with ladders (25’ ), lifts (50’ ), and physical work
- Able to lift 50 lbs and move safely throughout the day
- OSHA 10 or other construction-related certifications are a big plus
Pay:
- $24–$28/hr base pay
- Overtime available (weeks can go over 40 hours)
Schedule:
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Weekend or night work when needed
- Temporary position can lead to full time offer
- Projects range from 1 week to several months
