A Typical Day...
- Conduct tax interviews with clients
- Increase retention of all clients
- Generate business growth by supporting business to business sales activities
- Provide IRS audit support & attend audits as needed
- Further develop tax expertise
- Mentor and support teammates
What you'll bring to the team...
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience completing individual returns
- Tax planning and audit support
- Ability to effectively communicate in person and in writing
- Additional experience for this position is acquired through training upon hiring
Bilingual preferred due to regular interaction with Spanish-speaking clients
**This office is an independently owned and operated franchise office operating under an agreement with H&R Block. Franchisees make their own hiring decisions and any questions regarding employment at this office should be made directly to the franchisee.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
