Client Service Professional (CSP) – Baldwin Location
Pay: $16 per hour
Schedule:
- Weekday shifts: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend shifts: 9:00 AM or 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (depending on the day and week)

Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls via Microsoft Teams
- Make outbound calls to clients using Teams
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Assist clients and tax professionals with inquiries and support needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using technology and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
