- Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming, professional first impression as the face of the office
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and match clients with the right tax professional based on their needs
- Manage client check-in and intake processes, including scanning and organizing documents
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to support a smooth, professional client experience
- Collaborate with tax professionals and team members to ensure seamless daily operations
- Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality, discretion, and care
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and serve clients professionally
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities throughout the day
- Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfort using basic computer programs and digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Teams and scheduling systems)
- Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality, call center, customer service or medical industries
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role
- Experience working in a tax office, CPA firm, or financial services environment
