What you'll do...
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
- Handle client exits by ensuring all current and future needs are met
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Filing
- Invoicing and processing payments
- Data entry
- Packaging tax returns for mail or for presentation to clients
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- At least 3 years previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Teams, Word, etc...)
- Any bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
