Strategy & Execution
Develop, manage, and implement the company's financial strategy and capital structure. Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Support the financial analysis and evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic initiatives. Liaise with bankers, investors, analysts, and financial institutions. As necessary, assist in preparation and communication of the company's financial performance, strategy, and outlook to external stakeholders. Collaborate with peers, senior leadership, outside professional service firms and outside management teams regarding financial matters. Oversee field-based operations financial managers who serve as business partners in all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, etc. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance requirements. Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Manage and develop a team of finance professionals. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's success and professional growth.
Functional Leadership
Treasury
Lead functions including global cash management, capital structure, and all financing activities in support of business operations. Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions. Negotiate and maintain banking services, credit facilities, and other financial arrangements. Oversee the company's treasury operations / cash management activities, including cash forecasting, liquidity management, and optimizing cash flow. Ensure adequate funding for operations and investments. Work with Accounting, Tax, and other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate global cash movements.
Transaction Analysis
Lead the evaluation of acquisition and divestiture (“A&D”) opportunities. Assist in due diligence, financial analysis, transactional structuring, and valuation to assess potential deals. Support the identification and evaluation of potential partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances. Assess market trends, competitive landscape, and industry dynamics to identify opportunities for collaboration and expansion. Heavy involvement in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, etc. Coordinate cross-functional teams to assess legal, financial, operational, and regulatory aspects.

What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with 15 years of experience with a strong background in corporate finance for a publicly traded company preferred
A minimum of 5 years of responsible finance leadership experience preferred
