Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires strong observational skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises through regular patrols and surveillance systems to prevent and detect signs of intrusion.
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, assessing the situation and taking appropriate action.
• Enforce rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment for all individuals on-site.
• Conduct thorough inspections of buildings, equipment, and access points to identify potential security risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily activities, incidents, and any unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
• Provide first aid or CPR assistance as needed in emergency situations.
• Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potentially volatile situations.

Skills

• Proficiency in first aid and CPR; certification is preferred.
• Experience in loss prevention techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems including CCTV operation.
• Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with diverse individuals.
