What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tow Motor Material Handler position at H-P Products?
POSITION: Tow Motor Material Handler 1st shift Monday – Friday (6 AM to 2 PM)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
- Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording inventory delivered and location of.
- Has the ability to read blueprints to ascertain correct specifications and perform in-process inspections.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and handling of finished goods of preparing shipments to customers.
- Utilize tow motor in narrow aisles and the production floor.
- Safely move material using forklift and/or pallet jack.
- Keep all production scrap hoppers emptied.
- Ability to identify materials.
- Ability to work in priority order and multitasking.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Tape Measure test score of 11
- Basic Blue Print Score of 85%
- Ability to train on Propane Truck Transaction
- Material ID
- Good computer skills.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Self starter
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary.
