What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trademark Licensing Attorney position at H&P Executive Search?
A long-standing H&P client in the US is looking to further strengthen its Legal team with the addition of a Trademark Licensing Attorney.
The team is widely regarded as one of the best in the market, comprising attorneys from leading Am Law 100 firms who advise on some of the most high-profile and innovative trademark licensing matters globally.
Please note: This is a five-day-per-week, on-site position.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3–10 years' experience in intellectual property law.
- Strong experience advising on trademark licensing and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating trademark licence agreements.
- The ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines.
- International experience is advantageous, but not essential.
- Be based in New York City or willing to relocate independently (relocation assistance is not available).
