As part of this strategic expansion, they are looking to hire a senior attorney to join their Miami office, focusing on fund formation and related investment management matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 5 years' experience at a leading law firm or asset manager
- Strong experience advising on private fund formation
- Experience with offshore fund structures and Regulation D offerings
- Solid knowledge of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and FINRA regulations
- Exposure to Latin American markets (preferred, but not essential)
- Admission and good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar
