Currently supporting a major client in the financial services sector that is looking to expand its legal team ahead of significant acquisitions planned over the next 12 months, with a particular focus on the FinTech and Digital Assets space.
If you are an associate at a major law firm, looking to regain your evenings, this is a tremendous opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2–4 years’ PQE / post-qualification experience
- Strong corporate experience, with a particular focus on M&A
- Previous experience with a major company or international law firm, ideally an Am Law 50 firm
- A JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission and good standing with a US State Bar, ideally New York or California
