- Provide crisis intervention services to de-escalate situations and ensure client safety.
- Offer motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral change and engagement with services.
- Assist clients with navigating programs such as Section 8 housing, Medicare, and other social services.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, fostering a supportive environment focused on professional growth.
- Collaborate with community partners to coordinate resources for clients requiring childcare, mentoring, or other supportive services.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions in compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
