What This Role Means
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are part of the daily experience our customers have in the store. That means more than ringing a register—it means:
- Greeting people with genuine attention
- Helping customers find what they need (and sometimes what they didn’t know they needed)
- Keeping the store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Taking pride in the details that make a store worth coming back to
You will report to the Store Manager and work closely with a team that values accountability, teamwork, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Stock and merchandise the sales floor with care and attention to detail
- Receive and process incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Learn and stay informed about the products we carry

Basic Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift, reach, and move merchandise throughout the store
Preferred Experience
- Retail or customer service experience
- Merchandising experience
- Sales experience
- Barista or food service experience
- Inventory or purchasing experience
