What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management Specialist position at H MART - Corp?
Responsibilities but not limited to:

Negotiating lease terms and conditions with tenants and overseeing the execution of lease agreements
- Analyzing current and emerging market trends to derive actionable business insights
- Investigating and resolving tenant complaints, ensuring compliance with occupancy regulations, and conducting vacancy inspections
- Reviewing and verifying renovation plans and schedules
- Taking appropriate actions against violators of occupancy rules and enforcing company policies
- Collaborating with local/state government agencies, commercial real estate firms, brokers, and marketing agencies to improve tenant business performance and identify new real estate opportunities
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or 3~4 year experience in related fields
- Bilingual in Korean and English
- High degree of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills
