We are currently seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to join our Southern California warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow FIFO inventory management procedures.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance.
- Assist with repacking, relabeling, and quality inspection activities when required.
- Work closely with warehouse supervisors and logistics personnel to meet shipping schedules.
- Follow all company policies, food safety procedures, and OSHA safety requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Forklift certification and forklift operating experiences.
Preferred
- Experience with food ingredients, dietary supplements, or food-grade warehouse operations.
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory software.
