Responsibilities
- Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations
- Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Pay & Bonuses
- Drivers average between $2,000 and $2,200 a week
- Weekly pay
- Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay

Anniversary Pay:
- 1–3 years: $850
- 4–5 years: $1,700
- 6 years: $2,550
- $225 for major holidays (if out)
