CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver - OTR

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL-A CMV in compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Transport dry van freight OTR with on-time performance
• Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation
• Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Pay & Bonuses

• Drivers average $68K to $86K gross annually
• Weekly pay
• Detention, layover, breakdown & weather delay pay
• Annual raises ( cent per year)
Anniversary Pay:

• • 1-3 years: $850
  • 4-5 years: $1,700
  • 6 years: $2,550
  
  
• $225 for major holidays (if out)

Home Time (Varies by Area)

• 2 weeks out ? 2 days home
• 3 weeks out ? 3-4 days home
• 4 weeks out ? 5 days home
• 5 weeks out ? 6 days home

• Valid CDL-A license
• Minimum 24 months verifiable OTR driving experience required
• Clean driving record
