General Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our manufacturing team. In this dynamic role, you will be an essential part of our production process, assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth operations within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Responsibilities

• Assist with the assembly of products using hand tools and power tools, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the facility.
• Support the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of assembly lines and manufacturing stations.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Handle materials carefully, loading, unloading, and storing items in designated areas within the warehouse or factory floor.
• Follow safety protocols at all times, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety guidelines.

Experience

• Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous work on assembly lines or in manufacturing environments demonstrates readiness for this role.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift.
• Knowledge of safety procedures in industrial settings helps ensure a secure working environment for all team members. Must be willing to travel

May be required to work weekends and off hours

We would have to be able to reach them off hours

Candidate may be required to do janitorial type work – (do what is required)

Candidate must be willing to be trained - General labor to start – but we are looking for a service tech in the end

Candidate must have a driver’s license with a clean record

Candidate must be able to lift 70 lbs. with repetition

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
