Class A CDL OTR Reefer Driver — $2,000–$2,500 Weekly
H LOGISTICS is seeking a dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL OTR Reefer Driver who is ready to stay moving, run consistent miles, and make money.
We operate newer-model sleeper trucks and newer 53’ refrigerated trailers and are looking for a professional driver who takes care of equipment, communicates well, follows DOT and company safety requirements, and understands the importance of on-time pickup and delivery.
This is an OTR position for a driver who is comfortable being on the road and wants consistent work.
Compensation
Estimated Weekly Earnings: $2,000–$2,500

Weekly earnings depend on miles run, freight availability, hours of service, routing, and other operating conditions.
Home Time
We understand that drivers have families and lives outside of the truck.
Our goal is to route drivers home as often as reasonably possible, including targeting weekend home time when freight and routing allow.
We will always be transparent: OTR trucking is OTR trucking. There may be weekends when a load, delivery appointment, hours of service, weather, or other circumstances prevent you from getting home immediately.
When that happens, we’ll work to route you back home as soon as reasonably possible.
We want drivers who understand the business, want to run, and want to make money — while working with a company that communicates honestly about expectations.

Driver Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Current DOT Medical Card
- Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience
- Acceptable MVR and driving history
- Ability to meet applicable DOT/FMCSA qualification requirements
- Ability to pass required drug and alcohol testing
- Ability to safely operate a tractor and 53’ reefer trailer
- Ability to comply with Hours-of-Service and ELD requirements
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Dependable attendance and availability
- Ability to properly complete BOLs and other load documentation
- Ability to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Ability to properly monitor reefer temperature, fuel levels, and equipment
- Ability to follow shipper, receiver, dispatch, and temperature-control instructions
Serious safety violations, disqualifying driving history, or DOT/FMCSA disqualifications may make an applicant ineligible.
