- Open service repair orders.
- Establish method of payment from customer.
- Input write up onto repair order.
- Prepare service invoices.
- Convert labor operations times in dollars.
- Maintain appointment list.
- Assist other service personnel in their duties.
Experience
- Clerical and Administrative skills.
- Knowledge of product.
- Customer relation ability.
- Ability to efficiently communicate orally and in writing.
- Experience in upselling services or products is a plus.
