Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, skilled CNC Machinist with 2 years of hands-on experience operating Haas mills and Lathes. The ideal candidate will be comfortable running Haas machines and programing with Mastercam. Some experience with Siemens controllers is a plus. Must have their own tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain Haas mills for light production runs
- Occasionally operate Haas CNC lathe (experience preferred but not required)
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
- Program and edit using Mastercam software
- Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year CNC machining experience (Haas mills required)
- Lathe experience a plus
- Proficiency in Mastercam programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Familiarity with Siemens controllers
- Must have own tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
