ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Ensure compliance with the document management standard for the Program.
- Understanding and implementing the requirements pertaining to the maintenance of project record documents according to the project contract.
- Install, administer, and maintain the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating and maintaining all program/project documents.
- Responsible for overseeing, providing guidance and instructions for document controls staff.
- Establish and maintain a Document Control System (including tracking logs).
- Maintain all contract documents – administrative documents, bid documents, daily reports, monthly, reports, test results, meetings, drawings, program sketches general correspondences, etc, as it relates to the program.
- Oversee the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
- Oversees the Document Management System for tracking, retrieving, updating, and maintaining all program/project documents.

- Develops policies and procedures for document controls for client and program participants.

- Oversees the processing of all incoming and outgoing program documentation.
- Responsible for the program’s Document Control center.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Must have a Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college or university.
- Minimum of five years of experience in Construction Management, Program Management and/or Construction industry.
- Must have experience directing employees.
- Must work efficiently while handling many tasks simultaneously.
- Must have relative experience in Program and Project Control Systems

- Relational Databases – SharePoint is a plus
