What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operator position at H.I.S. Pipeline?
The operator position starts at $18 an hour. It is a plus if the applicant is 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license, however, that is not a requirement to qualify. The work consists of using a mini-excavator, digging around utilities, back filling, digging around buildings, spotting lines with a shovel and probing rod, fire watch, and any manual labor needed to complete daily task. Applicant must have dependable transportation to and from work. General work days start at 7 AM and end at 5:30 PM. The work week is Monday - Friday not including any rain out days that may occur. Any hours past 40 gets time and a half pay. There are opportunities for advancement.
