OPEN POSITION
CAD Technician/Drafter – FULL TIME/ON-SITE
We are seeking a CAD Technician/Drafter with 3-5 years of work experience. Knowledge of Carlson IntelliCAD and/or AutoCAD software is required. CAD Technician/Drafter needs to be versed in the Tennessee standards and practices of general As-Built, Boundary, Topographical Surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Surveys. Applicants should be knowledgeable in the preparation of plot plans and field point sheets as well.
Pay is dependent on work experience and job duties.
Health Insurance is available after 30 days of employment.
All applicants must have a high school diploma/GED equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Pay: From $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
H & H Land Surveying, Inc. is a 2nd-Generation, Family-Owned business that has been operating for almost 60 years. We are located in Murfreesboro, TN. We primarily preform surveys in Bedford, Davidson, Maury, Rutherford, Williamson, & Wilson, Counties.
