Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Perform quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to verify product dimensions.
- Analyze inspection data and prepare reports on findings to communicate with relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Maintain documentation related to quality systems and inspection results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Utilize software tools like Calypso for data analysis and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality inspection or a related field, with a strong understanding of QA/QC principles.
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments including micrometers and calipers.
- Familiarity with quality systems and standards relevant to the industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
