I’m doing a small renovation on my home and am looking for an experienced carpenter or all-around tradesperson who would like some steady winter side work. The project involves a little bit of everything—demo, framing, insulation, electrical, and plumbing. Perfect opportunity for a skilled, laid-off, or off-season carpenter who wants to pick up extra hours in the slower months.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Light demolition
- Basic framing
- Installing insulation
- Assisting with electrical and plumbing upgrades (no license required, just experience helping)
- General renovation tasks as needed
What I’m Looking For:
- Prior experience in residential construction
- Ability to work efficiently and safely
- Someone reliable who communicates well
- Comfortable with a variety of tasks—not just carpentry
- Own basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
Schedule & Duration:
- Flexible days and hours
- Short-term project, with the possibility of additional small projects afterward
