H&H Home & Hardware is a family-owned hardware and building-supply business serving our western Kentucky communities. We are looking for a friendly, dependable Part-Time Retail Associate for our Marion store. If you enjoy helping people, stay productive, and are willing to learn, we would like to meet you.
What you will do
- Welcome customers, listen to their needs, and help them find hardware, home-improvement products, and building supplies.
- Learn our products and ask a knowledgeable teammate when you need help answering a customer’s question.
- Operate the register, handle payments accurately, and follow checkout procedures.
- Receive and stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and help keep products priced and organized.
- Help set up and maintain attractive merchandise displays.
- Keep the sales floor, checkout area, and other work areas clean, orderly, and safe.
- Work with your teammates and take initiative on useful tasks between customers.
What we are looking for
- Reliability, punctuality, and consistent attendance for agreed-upon shifts.
- Friendly, respectful service and clear communication with customers and coworkers.
- Initiative, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Basic math skills and a willingness to learn our register and store procedures.
- Willingness to perform an active retail role involving standing, walking, stocking, and moving merchandise, with reasonable accommodation as needed.
Previous hardware, building-supply, retail, or cashiering experience is helpful, but not required. We value a dependable attitude and a willingness to learn.
Schedule and location
This is an in-person, part-time position at our Marion, Kentucky store. Please provide your regular availability for each day Monday through Saturday, including your earliest start and latest end times, desired weekly hours, and earliest available start date. Exact shifts and weekly hours will be discussed during the hiring process. Our stores are closed on Sundays.

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 24.0 per week
