H & H Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. is seeking a motivated full- or part-time Outside Sales Supervisor to join our HVAC team in Essington, PA, serving Philadelphia, PA, and Newark, DE. This role offers a competitive $17 - $25/hour, based on full or part-time and experience level, with additional earning potential through our Sales Performance Incentive Fund (SPIF) program.

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS AN OUTSIDE SALES SUPERVISOR
This position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, providing flexibility while allowing you to make a significant impact in a growing industry.
As a part-time Outside Sales Supervisor, your schedule will be:
- Thursday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
As a full-time Outside Sales Supervisor, your schedule will vary weekly.
This position requires visiting designated big box store locations to engage with customers and store associates, ensuring consistent lead generation and team performance.
As a full- or part-time Outside Sales Supervisor, you will begin your day by preparing for in-store engagement at big box store locations. Your primary responsibility will be to generate HVAC leads by proactively approaching and educating customers on our services. You will also build strong working relationships with store associates to maximize lead opportunities. Managing a team of part-time lead generators will be a key component of this role, requiring you to track their hours, monitor their performance, and ensure they meet lead generation goals. Throughout your shift, you will oversee sales activities, track generated leads, and report key performance metrics.
