WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS AN HVAC SERVICE DEPARTMENT MANAGER

As our HVAC Service Department Manager, you enjoy providing effective management and coaching as you plan, direct, and oversee our daily operations and help ensure profitability and departmental success! Each day, you spend time investigating service projects to best generate accurate quotes. You are thorough and detailed when compiling quotes to ensure that even the most complex jobs are quoted correctly. Tapping into your strong communication skills, you effectively resolve customer issues when they arise. You pride yourself in leading your team by example and remain approachable and open to any questions as you work hard to ensure success for each of your crew members. You also schedule training and education for your department.

In addition to being a hands-on leader in the field, you also adhere to company policy as you establish departmental objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards. Being highly-organized, you are diligent to stay on top of all administrative duties including technician spiff reporting and signing off on service invoice batch file inspections.
